Ordering

To order pick the animal(s) out on the available page that you are interested in and send an email to us (melmesgeckos@sublimereptiles.com) with the corresponding indentification code to the gecko of your
choice. We will require in this email your full name, full address, and phone number order  to get the most
accurate shipping costs. We will respond to you letting you know if the animal is still available, the total cost
which includes the price of the animal and the shipping charges. Once you receive your email with your total
amount use PayPal to pay for your purchase, unless other forms of payment methods have been discussed.
When payment is received you will receive an email from us letting you know we got it and to set up the
best day to ship to you.

Shipping and Health Guarantee

We ship Next Day Delivery with FedEx, which guarantees delivery in most areas by 10:30 a.m. Unless otherwise
noted, shipping usually costs $60, this is not an exact price, and is not included in the price of the animal. Other
shipping options maybe available, however restrictions may be used for other shipping services.When you inquire about
an animal we will provide you with the total cost including shipping. We ship Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays each week.We do not ship animals on Thursdays unless other arrangements are made with us, we do this to try and avoid the  weekend makes as there is  heavier mail traffic flow then so we do not guarantee shipments that go out on Thursdays.

We guarantee live arrival and a 7 day health guarantee for all animals IF the following conditions are met:

1. Signature for the animal upon first delivery attempt.

2. Temperatures are 40-80 degrees in the area that the animal is being delivered.

3. Notified within 1 hour of arrival (can be by email or you can text message the phone number on the contact page).



If all criteria are met a DOA will be issued IF notified within 1 hours of arrival. A full refund or replacement of the animal
will be made upon our discretion. We are sorry but we can not be held liable for carrier delays. There is also no guarantee
for outside injuries such as: caging injuries, cat/dog attacks, improper feeding of appropriate sized feeders, and tail loss
(even when happening in transit, only exception to this is if the animal is on hold and is within out care will action be taken)
as these are outside opposing forces in which we can not be responsible for.

Holds

 

We can not hold an animal until a 25% deposit has been made, I will hold the animal for 7 days. If the animal requires
more then a 7 day holding period 50% deposit has to be made. If to be held for any longer then 2 weeks is needed, say
due to weather, the animal can be held for full price(not including shipping) deposit, and the animal can then be shipped
when weather/ or other conditions are optimum. Deposits are non refundable. Deposits are meant to be a good faith
gesture showing you're sincere in your purchase. In rare instances partial refunds on 100% deposits maybe arranged but
this will be done at our own discretion.
